At times children are unable to express their feelings of anger, anxiety, frustration, or sadness. Even when they do they are unable to cope up with these strong emotions. Through the process of counselling, we help children and adolescents to understand their feelings and identify the issues that affect their mental health. We enable them to discover ways to overcome their emotional stressors and learn positive coping strategies. In the counselling sessions, we create an emotionally safe space for children and adolescents to work out their solutions.

Coaching Parents to strengthen parent-child relationship

As parents, we always have the best interest of our children in mind and do everything we can to nurture them. The most important relationship for a child is the one they develop with their parents. Children form a worldview by learning a lot from their parents and by observing them. The relationship children have with their parents lays the foundation of their future relationships. Sharing a strong bond and a healthy relationship with our children helps them blossom and move confidently on the path for future success. Through our sessions with parents, we work out ways to strengthen their relationship with children and ensure a healthy involvement in their life.
